Return of Reckoning

Hello,
A few days ago I got lvl up in the RvR zone (15 to 16) and got chicken debuff (I don't know how it's called correctly)
Now I can't enter the T1 RvR zone because I'm turning into chicken. In chat emerge messages " Debolster is currently disabled. Happy playing in T2-T4". But I'm still level 16!
What am I to do?

Your to high a lvl for T1 time to move on up :O

In the picture we can see the chicken level 16 and the character level 19 in normal condition

it is normal behaviour. The image you linked the player is not level 19 but he is bolstered.

And can you tell what levels are boundary for T1-T4?
T1 1-15, T2 15-25, T3 25-35, T4 35+, right?

T1 1-15
T2-4 is merged so its for all over 15
