Minimap information does not appear

Hello. I have a problem I have not seen yet.
Only in one character happens the green points of the WB / PT do not appear in the mini map and neither do the NPCs appear.
What I've already tried:
On the filter tab I checked and everyone is active.
I deleted the character folder.
I applied a folder of another character 100% working in this character with problem.
