Archmage healing spell Funnel Essence works only on RVR enabled players.

Hello,
Just want to report that Archmage healing ability Funnel Essence, is working to heal ppl in party in dungeon or anywhere, only if players enable RVR status, pls fix it so it work without need to enable RVR status.

Yes, still bugged.
@Devs, pls pls fix it in PVE! It is so annoying! AM relies on strongest heal and usually ends up with pointless wipes:(

no shami dont have it bugget
maybee becouse shami dont have that heal
