Return of Reckoning

As the title states, when will the career mastery tactic and the two PvE tactic slots be enabled? I'm not too concerned about the PvE tactics, however not being able to purchase the mastery tactic in order to gain your final 30th mastery point is hampering my ability to use some of the more esoteric end-game builds. This was something that the core of the end-game customization was built around, and it would be nice to have it back.

Is there some kind of technical reason these haven't been re-enabled, or is there a reason that the Dev's feel that they shouldn't be used?

Bumping in the hopes someone in the know can answer...

I recall reading an answer a long time ago, but can't remember.
I for one would love for them to be re-enabled, no matter how trivial they'd be, those empty slots are taunting the completionist in me.
