Looking for an active Guild with regular events

Hi
I'm (32 y/o) looking for a guild with motivated event leaders for RvR action.
What I'm offering:
Languages: German, English
Active times: EU evening with open end. I can also play during the day, just message me. Almost daily available.
Communication: Discord, TS3 with Headphones and Mic.
Frustration resistance, ability to follow instructions, experience with different MMOs including live WAR (an generally games), use of addons like Enemy or swift assist, humor
Main char: Melee Squig herder, RR 57
Main twinks: Heal Shaman, RR51 and S&B Chosen, RR42
Crafting: Apothecary, Cultivating, Talisman making, Salvaging and Butchering @200, Scavenging char in the make.
What I'm looking for:
Weekly guild events and active event leaders.
Some love for twinks, not all 11, but my tank and healer for flexibility if needed. I can also push other classes if it helps the guild.
Guild members that are also able to fight in an organized Group/Warband.
