Glowing effect on black orc

Hello there , i'm pretty new here and i have a questions !
When i was a child i was impress by the black orc weapons and armor that i wanted to play this class , recently i watched a video about WAR and i saw a black orc with an axe with a cool red glowing effect on it !
Is it a speel or a particular weapons in a game ? thanks a lots
