Wtf is it? Server is online, i login about 5 minutes ago aaand now a can't. Someone have this issue?

Aaaand it's happens again. I play 2 days without any problem, but now... u can't login again. And i don't know what to do.
Servers online, it's late night in EU right now and... idk. Can someone help me?=)

IDK what da huck is going on=\ i use VPN and i log in without problem. I switched it off aaaand... i'm plaing right now=)
What is it? Plz, someone? =))
