Return of Reckoning

I am having issues with installing my game. When I go to download the installer, I choose the full download option, not the torrent option. When I run the installer, from what I normally understand, it'll give you the option to choose a language, but when I run it, it auto chooses Chinese and I dont get to pick. ill attach a picture with the installer. once installed though, in the settings menu, i dont have any text associated with the different tabs and the text is missing from a large amount of the options within the settings menu. I have no clue what is happening, HELP !

It takes the locale of your computer.

You might want to try the torrent download.
