Return of Reckoning

Hi Guys
Is there any way to improve the in game cursor. Being an old fart I find that the cursor blends in with the background and could be slightly bigger. Someone said that they had seen a piece of software that works for a number of games but I haven't found it yet. Any suggestions would be great.
