Returning Player, looking for like minded people!

I'm 35 year old WAR Player that just discovered RoR!! Used to main BO/Zealot, but am willing to level whatever tbh 
Looking for a fairly active guild, that has a competitive mindset, but is in no way hardcore as i'm simply too old to do that anymore! I'm available all days of the week after 18.00 GMT+1 as i work the morning shift! I speak English fairly well, and am very keen on using voicecomms!!
A proper application can be written if needed, with a propper introduction. Just wanted to dip the toes and see if there's anyone interested in fostering a 35 year old man child!!
