Return of Reckoning

It appears to happen similar to mutation release for maras. All stance bound skills are lost every few seconds, basically in every scenario multiple times. Either that or stance swap doesnt happen at all, just go on cd without doing anything.
It started yesterday and still continues today. Never seen such issue before.
