We need Goblins.
Really, I have no idea at the moment. The Melee Squig is a little to over the top in my opinion and the focus is ranged DPS with SHs and Shamans. Usually we lack Shamans so this is the class we need the most atm.
Lakes seem to be full of half assed solo ranged SHs that die if you shoot a little at them. So I guess we could fill up the party easy with more ranged SHs.

Update on Builds:
At the moment I want to see who we get up for the squad. I will run it on 01. July. 08. July and then will be on Vacation.
So we use mixed builds mostly on Skirmish SHs.
End Goal is something like da Big Shoota squad which was designed by Footpatroll back in the days.

It is pretty much a ranged M4 100ft bombing group. With Moral pumps to get M4 in 30-45 secs. Could be fun in a keep defense.

Apart from the Bombing having Plink on 1sec casttime and doing it with 4 SHs on high BS and WS you could take one enemy down after the next. If you skip tanks of course.
On the Sniper Squad we usually skip all the dots if we have enough Engis and simply stay on Gunblast. Though it is still on a 2 sec casttime. 1sec Plinks can dish out the same Damage in half the time.

Like on the Screenshot it was pretty even between Shootaz and healaz.

I'm currently thinking of what spec to push.
The plan was actually to skirmish and ambush, although most Order on Monday only moved in groups of 12-24 order players. So we supported Grufrips Ork Mob to harras healers and DPS.

Although 6 skirmish Goblins shooting in an Order Warband, even if on a single target was not that super effective. We could take out 1 or 2 healers until the melee train overran them. So either we could make some AoE Skirmisher with the Aoe Tactic of "Run and Shot" to do some super low damage splash around the main Target, or go Big shoota to get on that juicy M4 instant super damage on 100 feet. The later one can easily be pumped by the SH and shaman moral pumps so you can get it in 30-45 seconds.
Tup or Phalanx ran with that on some fun days some years ago.

And keeping a squig alive in any form of Rvr is quite impossible.
Anyway, next Goblin Squad on Monday. And then again on the 29th of july as I will be on vacation. So there will be a two week break in between.

Apart from that I need more Goblin Macros.
Group macro was /say "Down, down, down in Goblin Town!"

Anyway:
If you want to join on Monday, please make sure that your Squig Herder has "Strenght in Numbas" which gives the moral boost.
And if you run a Shaman please make sure to have the tactics: "Get Movin" and "Here we go again" and of course use the buff "Here we go again" to pump up the moral in the Goblin group.

I shall start preparing by dipping all my arrowheads in squig-sh1t, now.
