It only works in 30ft range.
same as dmg reduction.

couldn't prove it until aggrometer addon.
thx to it, debate can be ended.

simple test of tank+heal proved it.
aggro's shared only when both stayed in 30ft.

guarding rdps or healers is just pre-guard.
tanks have to move in 30ft or float guard.
