Hi, I have started playing and have tried to get my partner to play but her account is coming up as not active even though she activated it from her email. So I searched on the forum and saw a post saying try asking on the discord so I did that and I without any warning got booted from the server. How can I get help for this issue?

You have to verify your forum account with a moderator on Discord otherwise the server boots you after an hour or so.

oh i didnt realise that, is someone on atm that can do that for me

Join Discord and @ any Community Manager (me, for example) or Balance Moderator if any of them are online.
