Return of Reckoning

Hello, I had last night, around 20h-22h, a purple bag for the lock of the zone, with my WP.

But here I am, I have received nothing by mail, neither evening nor today.

Can you help me receive it?

My WP calls it "Ritus".

I never got mine from some 2 weeks back. Any clues as to what might be causing the bag limbo? I'm sure all those poor bags would love to get to their owner one day

Christmas is coming. Guess from where Santa is getting the presents of all kids around the world.

Damn it Santa, that's not how it's supposed to work.

We currently doesnt know what is causing this .

Colleteral please PM me with exact date and time (if possible) the lock happened.

The issue is that we dont have any real data on if its truly lost as we get reports when its just not delivered to a player but it has been recorded.

Sry Nath but I really can't remember. It was probably within the first ten days or so after new gear release. It happened to my purple also but I did receive that one eventually. If it happens in the future I'll let you know.
