Conqueror nerf & where to find it

Conq was recently nerfed and I am curious to what the difference between old conq & new conq are, in terms of Magic damage bonus. Does anyone know where the page is that shows how much the set will be scaled down?

Go to the 17.11.18 patchnotes.
