There are frequently events where you can get them again.
Patience you must have.
I also have to get the helm slot versions - mine are mostly for the pocket slot.

If you take them out from pocket slot, they will become helm automatically

Jut tested it and my Aviator Goggles are still a pocket item.
It is not a big deal but Helm slot would free the pocket slot (e.g. for my Captain's Chronometer) and sometimes you see the appearance in the loading screen.
We will get there

Most times those items are aviable on aniversery event. I guess it is summer then
