Bank Bug

I just report a bug I had in my bank: dragging items in the second page and release them accidentally on a locked line, they could disappear. I've tried to buy severals lines, spending some golds but there's nothing unfortunatly.
I've lost the Beastlord Shoulders like this, and I'm wondering if a GM/Dev can cancel my quest completation so I'll be able to do the quest again please =)
would be cool to have directly the armor piece back, but if you may give me the chance to farm it again I will do it
