UI - question - action bars

Hi There,
I was hoping that someone might know of a way or an addon to remove the scroll menu/arrows at the end of the action bars. The link is a screenshot of my UI for reference.

Thank Sullemunk, much-appreciated il have to give it a good look. I'm in the process of setting up a new UI and I was tired of the scroll bars, addon nerfed buttons and scrolls bar don't work well together.

Pager went poof also does this (and only this).

Slightly bugy tho, sometimes you have to re-enter the "/pwp 1" command.
