"Suggestion"

I shall put this out as a suggestion...
Can someone please fix the "numbers" in SCs? It is getting very disturbing, not to mention killing the game.
Also, some RvR events wouldn't hurt...think people need someone to get them out of the "farming rage" which is going on right now.

I personally don't mind it. Order is dominating doing my ingame time usually, so I enjoy the free rerown farm *puts on sunglasses*

Jokes aside, it would indeed be more fun for both sides of the SCs for them to be more balanced. There isn't much satisfaction in spawn-camping a few players you outnumber 3 to 1.

And yeah, the ORvR is pretty dead, unless a guild decides to roll through the zone, and another guild from the opposite faction actually finds out.

Some kind of "official" ORvR event every other day or whatever at a set time could work I guess, announced by a Dev, or something.

We definitely need more things to get people in the rvr lakes, they are really dead atm.

With an event bein there daily, I highly doubt that so many people will show up that it will actually crash the server.

It might in the start because it's new and exciting, but give it a few weeks and people will get over the excitement, and only the core players will attent.

Or at least that's my theory :P

the problem is, the original queue system was totally screwed up right from the beginning.

i dont know on what drugs the mythic devs where when designing the sc queue system.

instead of doing a simple thing: wait for the sc to have a balanced team (be it 6vs6, 12vs12 or 24vs24) and THEN start the sc, they start it after 30 seconds NO MATTER WHAT and then think it will balance out eventually. this leaves like 90% of the scs with an unbalanced start.

to make it worse, even when the sc started balanced they put in MORE players randomly on each side so often it gets unbalanced AFTER the sc started.

After the sc started balanced, it should NEVER get new players, besides replacing the ones who dropped out of the sc. (giving those like 30 seconds to reconnect perhaps).


ps: why people grind and farm items by repeatedly moronicly kill the same mob over and over in an ALPHA, instead of having fun doing pvp/rvr is beyond my believe anway ^^

Rewards from RvR kills in lakes, zone flip contribution for lakes kills, AAO

Something to spend renown points on (renown abilities) would also engender people to try and earn renown any way they could

If people are selling +12 str rings for 100g more than a +10 str ring, think how crazy the min/maxers will go for +str from renown

Also a leveller for people who play casually to close the gear gap against all but the most geared rr20 players

Pretty sure SCs ended after 30-60 secs if one side was dominating with more than 2 players
