no description for items or skills

Hi, just dl the game and i cant seem to see descriptions of anthing... i hover over skills and items and it doesnt tell me what anything is or does... is this normal?
please help

You need to enable "show tooltips" in the gameplay options. Go to Settings > in the general tab > gameplay settings > check "Show tooltips" > OK.
Tooltips for skills and items will appear.
