Missing mail

Saturday, 03-11-2018, about 5pm Borliss send a mail to Roedor with 2 Dominator parts. This mail never reach destination and those two parts of armor missing. Can I please a help?

In rare cases it can take a couple of days till it arrives. I wish you good luck !

Had similiar problem a while ago... Devs/gms said they cannot do anything about it. Since then i trade expensive stuff with my guildies to not loose anything worth much again...

This happened to me on the same day. Once the server was rebooted, there it was.

Had this problem a couple of times (10-12x).
After a few hours, sometimes days, the mail was delivered everytime.
Never lost anything by this problem. So just be patient although i freaked out too the first time it happened.

Try to send another mail with attachment (for example 1 copper). This helped few players in the past.
