Don't agree. You Stream for your own "fun,buisness,fans" ROR has nothing to do with it and there is no reason to give you special treatment.

You want the population to grow...right?

Using TheZarbix as an example here, when he streams he is communicating to his viewers in a way that everyone understand what his thourght process is behind his actions, and welcome every question regarding the game in a possitive manner. And actively helps new or returning players in the right direction towards installing and getting involved with the server.

I dont agree that any streamer should get promoted in such a way as suggestied, but making Emmisaries, for an example, for the game could be a nice way to get the server more "out there" and a pad on the bad for the content creators.

Edit: previously considered this as not a useful thing but have changed my mind, the issues I mentioned such as they broadcast for themselves is true however the nod that this is appreciated will incorage ppl and certainly made me think a bit about the videos I make and made them more generally available, so worst case even the thread here helped and by that I can imagine a title would / recognition would do even more. So seems like a good idea

Simply said ... Stream if you want but there is absolute no need for a title or reward.
Can`t see how this should bring players.

Would be more productive to give titles and stuff to people who advertise the server with own resources since the team can't take money for ad-s.
