just wondering, lately im getting higher ping so i was wondering if its ok to use vpn to lower the game ms?

Sure it is, why wouldn’t be? I use a VPN to France and reduce my ping down to 5 ms.

Wouldn't a VPN just increase your real ping?
It adds another node to pass through, and thus more network latency in the process.

VPN's will bypass smaller nodes by using their own network to connect you to major nodes, they can definitely reduce ping provided you have a good company that isn't selling you snake oil. Works for me. Cheaper if you buy a long term plan. They have a 7 day trial period if it doesn't work for you.
