Supplies bug

Today i had a bug with the supplies (circa 14.30) in Passwatch Castle. I could give back supplies more than one time.

Just had the same bug @Gnol Baraz.
A bit before it happened, I got "perma silenced" for several minutes.

this bug is knowing and if you give back mutiple times you can get a ban, that wrote a dev in a annocument
