Game Randomly Crashing ??

Whenever i try to do any sort of PVP the game just randomly crashes

i'm getting about 10 seconds then thrown out to desktop

same as, trying to follow the steps in this thread viewtopic.php?f=5&t=20075 but still crashes after 10 seconds
do you have any addons installed? i just disabled all mine and i havent crashed for a while now
