Failed authentication with session token. Result: 4904840

So I am getting this error on my laptop on my home network.
The following are some facts:
I have two other PCs that work with ROR on the same network. (They are windows 8, this is windows 10)
This laptop works with ROR on my grandparents network.
This laptop works with ROR when I Tether to my phone on phone network.
This laptop worked with my network ONCE last night after midnight by some magical occurance after hours of trying different things. I have not been able to replicate it after hours of trying, it really just seems like it randomly worked.
I have tried wired and wireless with no success.
I have tried port forwarding port 8048 with no success.
I have seen posts about certain things causing it not to connect. I have gone through them and the fact that it works on my grandparents network and by tethering show me that it is some magical interaction between this PC and my router.
Any advice is appreciated.
