Haven't played RoR in a long time and was wondering what is the current state of Chosen? They in a good place?

So far Chosen is solid not op...sure when well played but all around solid.
Black orc got nerfed...dulled down
Blackguards chopped to bits and left scattered...need high rr to do a rounded tank spec.
contrary to order where evrything is peachy..yea im biased,but also honest.

How so? Because you lost parry tactic with 2h below rr70 but gained a WoDS clone at 15pts?

Magus - best ST burst of all classes in the pug environment
Mara - best mdps but requires beast play to be good
Zealot - best healer, required for 6 man's and 6v6

So my Chosen is lvl 13, any suggestions on lvling? Doing quests, having trouble with survivability, more than 1-2 mobs and I'm pretty much F'd. Is doing PvE questing not good for lvling?

I only have 2 Mastery points, but what is a good build for lvling for Chosen?
