I win Purple bag in T4 and never get it in my mail box

Hello,

Yesterday we lock a zone and i win purple bag... But it never come in my mail box idk why ...
Few hours latter i win blue bag and it come in my mail box.

I ask in Help chat, and people say to me : "wait for the server restart" ..

Can you do something about this please ? honestly i don't know if server had already restart but i pref ask you a help!
