Needed classes/roles and population

Hey.
I'm new to the server and I'd like to know which classes/roles are needed on both sides. Also, taking into consideration that there are people swapping from one Realm to another, how is the population balance overall (EU evenings)?

At EU Prime there are some Fights with 100vs100 Players.
More on Wednesday, less on some other days.
Around 10pm the numbers on the loosing side decline, and around 11pm one side locks the current zone. Population declines then drastically till it increases again a little in EU night when NA comes online.
On the weekends it is much more populated. Especially the T1 zones. And the lots of online people timezones stretches more into the EU night.
Classes needed:
1. Play what mechanic and class you like.
2. Tanks and Healers allways needed on Order side as they are underrepresented.

EU pop:
Atm. balanced. (talking purely about numbers)
Population may shifts depending on which guilds are running in the lakes.
About picking classes:
Pick what you like, at some point you will anyway roll a 2nd and a 3rd char etc. if you stick.
Classes which are considered somewhat hard (by the community) :
Black Guard and Ironbreaker
Witchhunter and - elve
But even those are manageable in my personal opinion.
Start with friends or find a guild.
Usually experienced player can teach you very quick.

People keep telling here that realm population is balanced, but Destro has way bigger active population overall. You can see in an average night at pvp zones 4-5 destro warband vs 2-3 order warband. Every single night, every zone, without exception.

That’s all good but could you specify what night. You know, there are different time zones so people may pick the side accordingly.
