1. Pack Synergy is costing a mastery point if not previously granted and cant be trained unless you have a mastery point

Looks like issues with the tactic have been reported on the bug tracker already, if you're keen you could add this information to the current post on the tracker.

Yep, best way to get bugs looked at quickly is to post them to the Bugtracker.
