Bag lost

Hello guys, I have a problem with bag in mail. it's already 2 times that after the lock of a zone (according to the chat message) I won a bag but never ever arrived in my mail box, the first time was a gold bag, I imagined was a bug and I just didn't bothered because I already have my 6/6 Conq. but today happened again during the lock of Praag (in favor of destro), I won a blue bag that after 4 hours still not arrived, It's a "normal" bug or I'm just unlucky? If so there is a way to recover my blue bag from today or I have to give up on that?

I got the same too, but it take 24 or even more HOURS before my bags appeared in the mailbox. Sooner or later You will get it.

Lost Gold Bag was like 1 week ago :O , don't really care as I said before, but I have already to hope the Lord don't "disappear" during siege if also I have to hope to the bag not disappear too will be weird
, hope you right, still hope for the blue bag so

what Wdova said but there is also a rare bug which breaks the entire process of mailing the bags to people. More logging will be added to find the cause of this issue although its fairly rare.
