Return of Reckoning

The game will update and I can log on and play fine (done it twice now) but when I close out and reopen the launcher it wants to update again and sometimes will want to do a full install. (187k files) I am not sure what to do to fix it. I am using my launcher I have always logged on with, the file was added in 2016. Any help would be appreciated!

Is the launcher in the same folder as the game?

Yes, it is. It was put there when I originally installed the game.
