Proc chance while using 2 weapons with same proc.

Is there is somewhere any sort of official response, or does anyone knows for sure, if using 2 weapons with same proc means combined total chance of the proc hitting?
Testing spamming Fist of Khaine (ranged attack, no aa hits) on targets in IC, while having 2x subj sword equipped, over 300 hits I got 15 proc hits, which would suggest 10% chance for proc= combined chance from both swords, would like a confirmation though that it wasn't a lucky streak.

No. Certain proc is an enabler for an ability upon proc chance. Wearing 2x of the same weapon of same proc won't increase it's chance of proccing.
Just wear 2 different procs.

So If im wearing the 2x 1 handers sub weapon its only 5% chance to proc not 10%?

in theory it will increase your chance to proc to 5% x 5% + 5% so the total chance to proc will be 5.0025%

15 procs on 300 hits=5% proc chance. 10% proc rate would in theory result in 30 procs. Dunno if I missed something in the post, but it looks like you solved your own issue really.
