Return of Reckoning

Are keep lords still debuffing people or, more properly, increasing the damage dealt ? Asking this because since last patch i cannot see their debuff being applied anymore to people tanking them nonetheless even on 1 stars keep they hit hard and harder.

Which debuff? Name? Doing what exactly?

Since there's already a thread about keep lords I figure I ask my question here. What is the conditions to be met for a keep lord to regain health? I was leading a wb in talabec yesterday for siege, just so happened to wipe after getting lord to ssaayyy 25-30% we group up run back and lords instantly back at 100% with no explanation. What caused the instant health regain?

If you wipe lord heals back to 100%. Don't wipe.
