There is something that struck me odd, as I read about keep claim and involving a guild.

As far as I see it, you get the same rewards regardless whether you claim a keep or involve a guild. But claiming a keep costs 80 gold and involving a guild costs 30 gold and gives your realm a resource bonus in addition.

So what I ask myself now is, if I were a guild leader, why would I claim a keep instead of just involve my guild. Are there any hidden perks to claiming I cant see? Can you administrate the keep and fortify it?

Because if I just look at the rewards claiming makes not that much sense comparing to involving especially as it doesnt seem to give your realm a real advantage. Or did I misread something?

Well first off, does the two bonuses stack?

Are you supposed to get 10% renown from claiming, then, or do you mean claim and involve to stack the bonuses?

And iirc if you claim a keep you get a "free" involve as well

When you join you get 5%, when you claim you get total of 10%. When you just claim you also join the front. If you first joined and later claimed keep you get a discount to your claim.

Thats pretty neat. Just need to remember to sign up for the zones now

Any idea when Guild Banners will show on the claimed keep? Would be nice if our Perks would be used on the keeps we claim as well.

We don't have packets for this, so it's between 'never' to 'we don't know'.
