Return of Reckoning

Played a chosen to level 5 a couple days ago. Just logged in to find him rolled back to level 1. Still have all the gear from quests but no money. Is this normal or is there a specific way to make sure this doesn't happen?

Also wanted to add that at character creation the chosen I made had a mutated arm like a marauder. Since the rollback my chosen is showing the marauder animation at character select and is unable to equip shields.

Same happened to me, level 4 chosen rolled back to 1.

My chosen also displays the maurader animation in character select, but I was able to equip shields. Just after rollback my shield was min rank 3 so couldn't equip!
