Blue bag

Hi, Im Japanese.
Most people need blue bags right to the end, so it's frustrating when you get gold or purple.
My engineer has a rr75, but still hasn't collected the whole Genesis set yet.
I got full conq at rr60s.
Is this the intended rate?
To avoid the frustration from getting a gold or purple bag , I would like them to also contain a Genesis fragment.
If that is not possible, then at least people should be able to opt out of gold and purple.
The higher priority of gold and purple means that you can't get the blues that you want, even after high random rolls.
Something like the tokens you get for the Ruin set with green and white bags might also be good.
What does everyone think?

With the way how the bag roll system is, you will get more blue than purple or gold over time, unless you randomly roll very high all the time.

I think given how rng based the genesis grind is, I wouldn't mind that, honestly. Don't care either way the pendulum swings

Hi,
I think I finished my Genesis Set also on RR 75. Had every other part 3 times, only missing the last one.
But on a more positive note, best combination is to get the full Beastlordset, and then use 3 items from Beastlord and 3 from Genesis set.
Less Ranged Crit, but +60 WS.
So you don't need the full Genensis.

I've abandoned rvr rng entirely. Gearing with BL, WI and Dom when I get the tokens from sc's.
RvR is one of the reasons I abandoned my engi and went IB.

It would be cool if all genesis set pieces could be purchased with a single currency at different prices. Make blue bags contain a random set piece and one "universal" fragment so at best you get lucky with rng and get the piece you need and at worst you make steady progress towards simply buying the piece you need.

The rng factor of the gear in RvR is just mad. In a dozen rvr's, in which I was heavily engaged in each one, guarding like my archytpe is supposed to I recieved 1 gold, 1 blue, 1 green and 1 white.
For the time spent, several where 4+ hour slogs and one CW where I spent nearly 7 hours the rewards are feeble.

Dont think contribution cares how much time you spend in each zone. Instead you should focus on doing objectives: Running supplies, destroying siege equipment, using ram etc. All that you are saying is that you were not very effective during those hours.

I WAS doing my job, in almost every siege I pick up my cannon and go after oil and war machines. Was on ram in several and I've run supplies when the sitaution allowed it.
Ticked all the boxes.

From my personal experience I have found that.
Doing guild warband would give me a decent bag (blues and up) about once every third zone, on average
Currently doing a lot of 6man roaming which usually give me a decent bag every 4-5th zone maybe.
The only thing I find a bit annoying is getting the right genesis currency.
