Can we get use of our 3 openers whilst stealthed with this ability please. It does after all share CD with incognito. As it stands you have to wait for it to run out before you can attack which is isn't very practical

Seems like its an escape plan rather than attack plan then.

A successful DA followed by that can help a WH get outta dodge handy enough.

Yes, it has saved me a few times from certain death. You can even successfully cast it while someone is hitting on you, but it takes a few attempts.

Also, it's an okay way to chase people. Basically a 5 second 50% sprint.

What is Hastened expurgence couldnt find that skill/tactic anywhere ?

It's a stealth ability you receive at 40. Lasts for 5 seconds, gives you 50% movespeed while active. You can use openers with it.
