There is no longer a set schedule. It used to be every Friday, but I think they bumped it to Sunday.

The schedule is still Friday night / Saturday morning depending on your timezone. Its just that the last 2 patches we have had things not ready for that day and instead of waiting a full patch cycle reasoned to release it on an earlier date.
We still aim to release as much as possible on the scheduled time.
