Duplicate character name

Hello there,
So my issue is that I created a character and made a wrong choice in his appearance, so I proceeded and deleted him in order to recreate him.
Problem is, I can't use the same name now.
So, do I have to wait for a specific time frame for it to refresh on logs or do I need the help of a GM?

Just curious...how often does the server restart? I did the same thing last night...and was still unable to re-create my character this evening.

Usually on friday night/saturday morning.
Think there's going to be a patch tomorrow, so you can try then.
