Is video evidence the only way to report?

I heard some cpu overclock program is making this happen in laggy situation.
At zone border, near keep, wc, first encounter etc.
it's still speed hacking right?

if I report with name, zone and server time is it enough to investigate?

if it's too sensitive for open forum, pm me plz how to report hackers.
alternative ways except video evidence.

seeing teleport 50ft from WE and shamans on foot recently.

I saw a Shaman doing that the other day as well- it probably was the same one.
I was trying to see if he had the mount buff on him, but buffhead glitches sometimes and shows rows and rows of buffs/debuffs.

You report it wargrimnir via email- and yes, you do need proof.

I thought Apoc was the hacker server!

Best way is to catch a GM online.
Otherwise send me a PM with some details, and chances are 20 hours a day I can pass it along to someone that's online. I don't sleep much.
