I think, given the placement on the tree and cost of a tactic slot, it is reasonable to make this punt length longer than it currently is. I would say 85% of the IB max grudge distance is reasonable. Current distance is too short to be viable if it was free ability, let alone for a tactic slot. Maybe slap on a "need a shield" restriction to compensate. Also you could consider slapping on a "can't use gusting winds while this tactic is slotted" restriction also. Given the cost of: a tactic, loss of aoe punt, can't use 2h, it is fair to allow sm a decent single target punt.
