Return of Reckoning

As the title says, are there peak times for players to be on during the "normal" times players in NA would be playing? I was told that the EU prime time is pretty well populated but nobody on at the time knew about NA times.

Roughly 9p Eastern is probably when it gets peak, and that'll run to about 11:30.
