In the game I can play nomal but the sound hangs, can you do something?

Sometimes, or all the time?

Because sometimes after heavy RvR fights in and near a keep my Sound decides to go away.
To remove that clear your Cache folder and/or do a /rel and/or restart.

Advice on how to clear cache in my Signature on the reduce Lag List.

That sometimes happen in Altdorf, or War Quarter.
Type in the loading screnn:

<Hit Return Key> /stuck
<Hit Return Key> /stuck
<Hit Return Key> /stuck

That should bring you to Nordland or your binding location.

If that doesn't help, try to delete as much old quests in your Tome as you can in the 20 seconds. I had this once in the past on my chars. And it worked when I was down to 5 Quests.

Correct. I had that too in the past.
Use the double Stuck while in the loading screen and try to empty our quests completelely.
Also as Wargmniri says deactivate your addons.

When the game is freshly installed there are already activated addons.

have no addons ^^

Then move the files in your addon folder to another folder.

i do it but kick me in the Game
Charter its ok, than in Game kick me, new Start in Game the Sound Hangs but can play.
