The Sewers of Altdorf not finishing?

After speaking to the Quest NPC Rhanz Folner, and turning in the The Sewers of Altdorf Epic Quest, there was no quest window from the NPC. There were no rewards given.
Now, I still have the quest to turn in, but the NPC will not accept it.
Character name - Borborygmi

Inform Karl Franz, says the last line of the quest requirement.

Btw, the reward item doesn't work if it is moved onto skills panel. In addition, this item on skills panel loses its icon.

To keep cow pie on skills panel is so... extravagant.
