That message needs some clarification. But in essence lord does not enjoy being taken up the stairs and will slap you hard if you do get the aggro while over him

Keep lords don't mind it when you heal.
They will ignore you to a point if you do damage.
But if you heal AND do damage - you're gonna have a bad time.
