Forgot Password Email NOT Sending

My friend has forgotten his password. He keeps hitting forgot password, and the site says "email sent", but he is not receiving anything in his inbox. His Username: TheClergyman.

The RoR email server is overloaded at the moment. There is no eta but once the backlog clears then activation emails, password resets etc will go out automatically.
