Return of Reckoning

I'm getting a black screen after i boot up the launcher and put my creditals in it's on a black screen for about 8 seconds then quits back to the launcher no error message at all used to work before now doesn't had this problem for almost a month now i just want to get back into the action. it now doesnt work on my laptop either due to this new launcher i had this problem with the black screen before the update tho on my main pc can some one please help i really enjoy this game and i ahavnt been able to play it
