Can't Un-check Read Only

Hi folks,
I am not able to un-check read only war folder. Is there any reason why i am not able to do this.
Windows 10.
Therefore i can not login the game.
Help pls !!!!

Might be that you need to be logged in as Administrator to change the read-only status.

Actually i am system admin but i just saw that looks like even if we do that, it will go back to checked. So this might not be a problem. I am having this log file whenever i tried to login.

Sometime, moving the whole game folder in another place helps. (Don't ask me why...)

I will delete everything and try to download it from torrent again. But not sure if this will solve my issue.

also make sure you either close the torrent program or move it elsewhere so its not beeing used by the torrent program at the same time.

Hi Folks,
I may finially identify the problem. When i use my home connection, RoR can not login the game ( character screen ), but if i route my connection to my mobile phone's, then i am able to connect. What should i do ?

i am having the same problem but i cant move my folder its stuck in downloads where my torrent put it and if i try to move it it says cant move because it in use by another program please help. btw i am the admin of my pc.
EDIT: i opened my torrent and it was still seeding i had to remove it from u torrent and now it works
